With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

Robert Axle Project Trainer Axles allow modern frames to be used with axle mount trainers.
This Trainer Axle is designed to adapt your thru axle equipped bike with your on-wheel trainer, such as a 1up, Blackburn, Cyclops, Kinetic, Tacx, Wahoo and many other trainers. Robert Axle Project's goal is to fit the thru axle to your bike perfectly, minimizing spacers and extra parts to provide a clean, high performance axle for your bike. These axles fit into your bike as well or better than the stock thru axle, allowing you to train, warm up, and be race ready.
The axle shaft and axle ends are machined from 7075 aluminum and hard anodised. When it is time for your race or time to head outside, simply remove your bike from the trainer, remove the drive side axle end and go. These axles are suitable for use on or off the trainer, indoors or out. Important: Before ordering, make sure your specific trainer will accommodate the width of the thru-axle equipped bike that you are using. Measure the trainer at the widest setting and measure the bike frame width at the rear hub; the trainer axle ends will extend 15mm past the frame on each side.
