Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

With 7-speed Shimano gearing and sturdy off-road tires, they might just overtake you.
This bike doesn’t just look rad, it backs it up on the trail. For kids who want to rock the neighborhood or smash the trails, it is built around a tough but lightweight 6061 alloy frame designed for increased step over clearance. The Jr brings all the features of the Tract range to the kids. Front suspension (40mm for 51cm (20") wheel) keeps the bumps at bay, while double wall alloy rims and 2.35" tires keep the wheels in the groove. Powerful cable disk brakes keep it all under control. Equipped with Shimano 7-speed Tourney gearing and aluminum kids’ specific componentry, the Tract Jr. really is just as good as the adult version.
