Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

The Triple Triangle design features seatstays decoupled from the seat tube to provide a floating connection between the seatpost and rear axle, making it 50% more vertically compliant than a traditional double diamond frame for additional comfort. Internal cable routing through the frame provides a clean and sophisticated look while decreasing snag points. This design also allows for a dropper post to be easily installed for a better descending experience.
