With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

The Storm picks up where road, gravel, and hybrid bikes can't go, offering quality, performance and accessibility to a wide array of riders.
The Storm features a 6061 alloy frame with smooth welds and updated geometry, providing a progressive design that achieves nimble, confident trail performance. The unique combination of longer reach, slacker head tube angle and steep seat tube angle provides a more forward weight distribution within a longer wheelbase, allowing for powerful, efficient pedaling, increased climbing traction and added grip and control when descending.
Equipped with a 100mm travel suspension fork, the bike is designed for off-road adventure and exploration. Internal routing for shifter and brake cables keeps them out of harm's way and away from the elements, ensuring shifting and braking performance lasts longer between services. The frame is designed to take up to 6cm (2.35") rubber, allowing for wider tires if adventures get looser. The bike includes a Shimano Deore 1x11 drivetrain with an 11-51T cassette and a TranzX dropper post.
