With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

The Vario Infinite Dropper is designed to offer ultra-smooth, dependable function and is completely rebuildable. The unique upper bushing allows tool-free travel adjustments in 5mm increments to a 30mm maximum, allowing you to fine-tune the amount of drop without removing the post from the frame. The 3D forged stanchion with integrated head increases stiffness and enhances durability upon any unexpected hits to the saddle.
Constructed from AL-7050-T7 forged and CNC machined aluminum alloy, this seatpost features a two-tone satin/gloss anodised finish with laser-etched insertion calibration and torque specs. The air spring cartridge and other internal wear parts are designed for longevity, supported by low-friction, durable, and easily replaceable composite bushings and brass keys.
