With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

The Lumos Ultra MIPS features COB LED technology with a more compact footprint whilst delivering a higher intensity of light.
This technology ensures you will be seen from further away and gives the lights a more uniform look. The helmet is equipped with 98 COB LEDs in total, including a front light with 30 COB LED diodes and rear lights with turn signals consisting of 34 red and 34 orange COB LED diodes. It features an 1100mAh rechargeable battery providing up to 10 hours of use with the lights set on maximum brightness, and utilizes a USB-C charging connection compatible with a 5V - 5.2V and 0.5A charger.
A remote is included for the turn signal function. There is an option to buy a Lumos remote to activate automated brake lights, as the Remote Lite included with Ultra does not come with an accelerometer and can only be used to activate turn signals. The Lumos companion app allows you to customize your light flashing patterns, check your battery life, track your activity, and sync with Strava and Apple Health. The helmet also features maximum venting and MIPS technology.
