With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

Orange Seal Endurance Tire/Tube Sealant is formulated to maximize longevity, enabling riders to go longer between top-offs.
This endurance formula outlasts the standard formula for seal after seal. It is proven to seal large punctures up to 0.64cm (1/4") and performs under varying temperatures and altitudes, including temperatures down to -17.8°C (0°F). The non-corrosive, intermixable formula will not separate or foam with other Orange Seal formulas and lasts between 60 - 120 days. It is safe to use with all tube and tubeless tires and is compatible with most bike tire systems. This sealant is also eco-friendly.
