Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount minus the shipping amount within 14 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective.For online orders we do not refund original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.Merchandise returned without original packaging or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable depending on the condition.

The Medeo T9 HMB features a stable lightweight aluminum sloping frame with a 70.5° headset angle and 73° seat tube angle for a sporty posture and precise handling.
This trekking electric bicycle is powered by the Bosch Smart System, featuring an Active Line Plus mid-drive motor providing 50 Nm of torque. The design includes cables beautifully integrated into the frame and a SR Suntour MOBIE A32 DS telescope fork with 75 mm of travel and lockout functionality for a smooth ride. The drivetrain consists of a 9-speed Shimano derailleur system and a KMC chain, supported by a 545 Wh battery positioned on the frame.
For braking performance, the Medeo T9 is equipped with Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disk brakes with a 180 mm front rotor and a 160 mm rear rotor. The 70cm (27.5") wheels feature Ryde Big Bull double-walled aluminum rims and Continental Contact Plus tires. The cockpit includes an adjustable stem with slightly curved aluminum handlebars and Herrmans DD36 plastic wear-resistant grips for a firm grasp. Safety features include AXA Compactline 35 front lighting and AXA Blueline rear lighting, both powered by the battery, alongside a ring lock with an option for a plug-in cable.
