The stiff, lightweight Threshold C2 delivers podium-seeking cyclocross speed and will have you wondering how one hour can take so long, but hurt so good. It shouldn't come as a surprise that the rugged landscape and abundant precipitation of Canada's Pacific Coast is the ultimate place to develop and perfect a carbon fiber cyclocross bike. It helped us engineer the Threshold C2's mid-modulus carbon frame and fork with ample mud clearance, size-scaled tubing, ovalized seatstays, and bent chainstays to dissipate shock and maximize CX performance. The Threshold C2 features a Shimano GRX wide-range 11-speed drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes. Internally routed cables mean they won't get clogged after a lap in the sticky mud and snow. Sealed bearing thru-axle hubs are laced to WTB KOM Light i21 TCS Tubeless Ready rims, which support fast, sturdy Maxxis All-Terrene 33mm knobby tires.
